Vines trained in the traditional Guyot system with a density of 4.500 plants/Ha and a 70 Hl/Ha yield of wine.

Land in Alto Monferrato, at Alice Bel Colle, made up of sedimentary marl, at 350 metres above sea level.

Alcoholic fermentation of slightly overripe grapes in closed pressure tanks, stopped by cooling, leaving a pleasant residue of natural sugar.

Straw yellow, fine mousse, delicate and intense with hints of peach and sage and traces of citrus fruits, sweet, clean with lively citrus notes, an elegant fruity finish.
