A white sweet wine, which was created as a companion to desserts. The Recioto di Soave DOCG Cansignorio is the greatest expression of the Garganega grape. These grapes are left to dry until Easter. Thereafter, the pressing is carried out. The wine has a golden amber color and notes of wilted flowers, apple jam and anise. On the palate it is sweet, while fresh, full-bodied and the finish is long and harmonious.

Fermentation: The bunches are dried until the first week of March.
Maturation: The whole process ends with the bottling in early December.
Colour: Golden bright yellow
Nose: Intense and fruity with hints of vanilla, and acacia honey with floral nuances.
Palate: Rich, soft and warm, refined, it has a persistant finish.
Alcohol: 13,5% vol.

Food Pairing: Pastry such as almond based sweets, focaccia with grapes, fruit based cakes, fat cheeses and blue cheeses (Stilton, Rockford, spicy Gorgonzola).
