This wine is produced with selected grapes coming from our vines on the hills of Canneto Pavese and Stradella. In the most suitable areas for the growing of Barbera Grapes.
The production from each vine is deliberately kept low, the harvest of the grapes is done in the precise moment of their maturation, the pressing and the fermentation are strictly controlled.
Once put into bottles, this wine is matured for at least 6 months in our cool cellars to further improve the taste and perfecting of it’s maturation.

OLFACTORY:
intense, pleasant fruity hints if tasted whilst still young, more composed and mature if drank after having aged a little.

dry, a good structure, slightly acidy, and good persistence
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16° c –18°C.
