Very intense garnet red color with violet reflections. Intense aroma on the nose with notes of small red fruits such as blueberry, black cherry and black currant; floral and spicy purple black pepper. The flavor is full, warm and slightly dry with a fruity finish of blackberry and plum. Ideal with red meats, such as stews and roasts, game but also with sausages, medium aged cheeses.
