Color: straw-yellow with gold reflections
Perfume: intense, with wild-flowers notes, especially of dog-rose, and fruits such as mango and red currants
Flavor: dry, pleasing, reminiscent of ripe fruits with moderate acidity.
Food pairing:
Perfect compliment to seafood, asparagus, first course dishes and cheeses.
