Ruby red colour; a fresh and fragrant perfume, with strong hints of raspberries and marasca cherries with spicy and flowery notes; a fruity and particularly keen taste, delicate with a fine body and excellent persistence.

Winemaker notes: The healthy ripe grapes are vinified following an initial cold pre-fermentative maceration to extract all the primary aromas of the grapes themselves; this is followed by maceration (during alcoholic fermentation) during which the temperature rises. The structure of the wine is completed in this way to exalt the body and flavour.

Food matches: Tasty pasta dishes, risotto, white meats and sauces.

Serving temperature: Between 15 °C and 18 °C.
