Mrke: Cà Maiol
Joel was born from the meeting between Fabio Contato and one of the great world chef Joel Robuchon. The Understanding the State of the Art in the kitchen, expressed by this great chef, creates the desire to produce a wine with thin and refined lines, precise and concrete. The choice of a particular grape variety, as the autochtonous Groppello, hand the expressive search to identify the best terroir where the grape reaches its peak in terms of identity, of body and elegance. Here therefore Joel, devoted to the emotion that has animated this search of expression, deeply tied up to its territory of origin, the Valtenesi and with the roots anchored in its history.
Grape variety: Groppello Gentile and of Mocasina.
Tasting and technical notes
Color: ruby, just drain with violet purple reflections, compact and viscous.
Nose: thin, elegant finish. Related to notes of raspberry and red berries binds in spicy aromas of cinnamon and white pepper. Intense and persuasive has a complex and articulated ending.

Pairing: main courses as egg pasta, white lamb meat and roast suckling pig. Seasoned cheeses by bovine milk.
