The sauce is made from very simple ingredients: fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, salt and extra virgin olive oil. Just as our grandmothers canned ripe tomatoes in the summer for the winter.
The peculiarity of this sauce of cherry tomatoes, is to have a finished product at hand, with which you can quickly refine soups, fish and shellfish (mussel soup, spaghetti with clams).
The ingredients are simple: 45% of fresh cherry tomatoes, 55% cherry tomato purré (fresh tomatoes, salt, extra virgin olive oil), fresh basil.
