Diesus is the bitter of the monk. Both for the unmistakable shape of its bottle and for the traditional taste of the bitter, typical of the liqueurs historically produced in convents. A traditional bitter, fruit of the infusion in fine wines and aromatic herbs such as cinchona, gentian and thyme.
