The provolone cheese is made from whole milk from the cow. It comes in two versions: delicate and spicy.
Production area: Brescia, Cremona, Padua, Piacenza, Rovigo, Verona, Vicenza, Bergamo, Mantua, Milan, Trento and Lodi.
