TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The olfactory bouquet is intense and delicate at the same time, composed of the floral white rose and the fruitiness of pear and grapefruit. On the palate it is fresh and full-bodied, characterized by a pleasant minerality.

Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies fish cuisine and sushi. Try it with humita, a typical Argentine dish made with corn, cheese and onions, wrapped in corn leaves.
