OI as Italian origin Barley (Orzo)
OI, like the dialect pronunciation of the Oglio river.
Nowadays, in its park, we cultivate passionately the barley fields, which give birth to this unique beer.
An artisanal product which i born from Italian raw materials. The result is an harmonious, genuine and high quality beer. To make it as pure as possible and exalt its aromas it is nor filtered or pasteurize.
It ferments again in bottle and creates a light sediment on the bottom, which evolves its taste with the passing of time.
