M�rke: Villa Franciacorta

This Millesimato from 2007 in the version Extra Brut has matured whole 52 months on the lees. Only 1000 bottles were produced. Hence the name "solo mille".

Production zone: Franciacorta (Brescia), from proprietary vineyards located in Monticelli Brusati.

Tasting notes and food-wine pairing: Extremely fine persistent perlage; lively crystalline white with golden reflections; rich, intense, and striking bouquet with powerful, elegant floral accents mingled with breadcrumbs and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate, because of its low residual sugar content, it is dry, clean, full-flavored, perfectly balanced, and persistent. Perfect as an aperitif or with the meal.
