Controlled maceration of 36 hours.

Alcoholic fermentation of slightly overripe grapes in closed pressure tanks, stopped by cooling, leaving a pleasant residue of natural sugar.

Ruby, very fine musky bouquet with a strong note of roses, soft and clean with a delicate aftertaste of strawberries.
