Light pink sparkling color. The nose reveals a mix of fragrant flower ‘s perfume and small berries fruits. On the palate is characterized by a strong freshness with a nice fruity end. Wine very adaptable ; it can be appreciate as aperitif but is also very good with risotti or seafood di-shes and white meat.

VINIFICATION:
After a light crushing and destemming the grapes are sub-ject to a skin maceration (8 – 10 °C) for some hours follo-wing the pulling out of the must and the fermentation at con-trolled temperature (14 – 16 °C).
MATURATION: at least 1 month in steel tanks
BOTTLE AGEING: at least 1 month
ALCOHOL: 11 % Vol.
BOTTLE SIZE: 750 ml
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
