Barbera, Marzemino, Incrocio Terzi and Schiava Gentile are the main grapes used for this important red reserve of Le Cantorie.
Produced from vines almost forty years old, still cultivated with the Trentino pergola system, it has a deep ruby red color, a vinous and fruity bouquet of underbrush, typical; a round and clean taste, which however maintains freshness and gentle tannins, synonymous with elegance. Its persistence will surprise you. A small, but historical DOC from Brescia, Cellatica, which is perfectly expressed in the bottles of our "Rossogiulia". There are only three wineries producing this precious and unique wine.
This reserve wine, with its energetic and marked aromas, is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques.
Inappellable are its matchings with meat dishes of the local tradition and it is also the ideal groom for typical cheeses.
