M�rke: La Rajade

Grapes obtained from the same plants grown on the side of the hills and in the valley in order to emphasize its typical characteristics. Output is rather restrictive.

Vinification
Skin maceration is done for about 8 days and controlled temperature fermentation is also performed in steel tanks.

Elevation
This is achieved by conserving in steel tanks for one year.

Wine characteristics
It has a typically herbal flavour and a fine fruity taste which is common in this type of plants that offer a binding, soft and delicate sensation.

Its alcoholic content is 12,5% vol.
