This wine is a sparkling wine that is made with juicy Moscato grapes from the Euganean hills. In this growing area in the region of Padua there are many rose gardens and the bees transfer through the pollen a slight rose aroma to the grapes. Therefore, the label of this wine carries rose petals.

PROPERTIES

This sparkling wine is made from Moscato grapes, which have a long tradition of wine growing in Veneto. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. Then the maceration takes place at 5°C for 12 hours. The must is separated by a slight pressure from the shells. The fermentation is stopped by low temperatures, so that the sparkling wine fermentation can be done later with selected yeasts.

The wine thus obtained has a fresh and aromatic character, a relatively low alcohol content and a slightly sweet taste.
