Tasting note: Intense ruby red in the glass, with a tendency to garnet with aging. Violet violet, plums and ripe black cherries, then spices, roasted herbs, cocoa and tobacco: the olfactory bouquet is wide and deep. With great structure on the palate, it shows a mature and silky tannic texture, and is characterized by an excellent persistence.

Pairings: Meat dishes, it goes well with baked veal shank.
