TASTING NOTES
Its aroma leads us to imagine berries (blackberries) and violet flowers. The color is one of its main virtues, it is intense and deep, a red with shades that tend to dark purple.
In the mouth the taste is that of a robust and well-structured wine; the aroma is intense and fruity with hints of small black fruits and spices, especially black pepper. It has a good structure and persistence, it is soft and quite fresh with a medium tannicity.

PAIRINGS
Mature cheese and meat, with pasta with tomato sauce is perfect, excellent with game meat such as venison or wild boar and all red meat baked in the oven in general, as well as with meat stews. We can say that medium strong flavors and Syrah are luxury allies.
