Curiosity: Roscetto Lazio is a native vine of Montefiascone concentrated exclusively in the municipality and in the hilly areas adjacent to Lake Bolsena. Named after the color of its skin, which changes with the progress of maturation from green to yellow, from yellow to pink and, according to DNA studies conducted by Professor Attilio Scienza, it comes from the Greek grape family.
