GRAPE AND VINEYARD
agricultural farm which stretches for about 280 hectares in the municipality of Montecchio,
we have identified and selected a territory that has to show, lying
and composition, the ideal characteristics for the production of a great Cabernet.
THE WINE
The techniques in the vineyard, including the summer thinning of the bunches, are all targeted
to contain the production between 600 and 800 grams of grapes per plant.
The grapes are selected individually by expert eyes and hands before starting
vinification, which provides, inter alia, a drain of 20% and a long period of
maceration that goes beyond the stage of fermentation.
THE WINE
The typical character of Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, when everything (land, climate and
technology) contributes significantly to their exaltation, and are highly
clearly expressed.
Deep in color, complex and warm scent of ripe blackberries with impressions
which follows an enveloping, spicy taste with firm tannins but graceful. excellent
the combination with game and cheeses.
