BARDOLINO CHIARETTO DOC

Delicate flavours of marasca cherries, raspberries and currants with a coral pink colour; an intense and elegant perfume with the fragrance of ripe grapes. A balanced very tasty, fresh and fruity taste.

Winemaker notes: The grapes are only harvested from the end of September to the first ten days of October and pressed with the maximum care and vinified in "rosa" at low temperature. The proper colour intensity is obtained from this brief contact with the skins. The clear free run then ferments very slowly at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is also induced in a small part of the wine. The new wine is aged in steel, cold.

Food matches: Tasty pasta dishes, risotto, white meats and meat with sauces.
