VERONA IGT ROSSO RÉTRO
Homage to the region of Verona IGT Rosso Rétro comes from Corvina and Rondinella, grown in traditional « Pergola Veronese » vineyards; Merlot and Cabernet from Guyot-trained vineyards add softness and structure to the fruity character of the Veronese varietals.
Winemaker notes: deep ruby red colour with hints of fresh red fruits. On the palate it is well balanced and smooth with a wild berry finish.
Food matches: Serve cool, ideally at 18°C. Ideal with charcuterie, tasty starters, read meats and poultry.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
