This Brunello di Montalcino comes from the hilly areas of the renowned town of Montalcino.

It consists only of Sangiovese grapes, harvested perfectly intact once they have reached full ripeness. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for 15-20 days, fermenting at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C. The wine ages for at least 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels.

Decisive and limpid purple red in the glass, it is characterized by intense aromas of blackberry, currant and cherries. On the palate it offers a pleasant gustatory impact, characterized by a good body supported by soft tannins.

Excellent in combination with grilled meats and roasts, it is perfect in the company of all game dishes.
