Vipra Rosa is a fragrant, lively and soft wine. The Merlot and Sangiovese grapes from Umbria are vinified “in white”, with a brief maceration of the skins in the must, at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The careful fermentation gives the wine a coral pink tending towards pale vermilion colour, a fresh and fragrant bouquet and a soft and balanced flavour, with fruity tones of cherries and floral ones of roses and violets. Vipra Rosa was born with the 2007 vintage.
