It is a paté of spicy croissant peppers, which are grown on our farm at the end of May and harvested manually from August to October. They are washed, selected, depicciolate, cut into rings and matured in salt for one
short period. Then they are crushed with the addition of Mediterranean spices and placed in extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients
hot peppers (50%),
olive oil,
sweet peppers (10%),
dry tomatoes,
extra virgin olive oil,
apple cider vinegar,
whole salt,
lemon juice.
