M�rke: Arconatura

Legumes high in protein, easy to digest and rich in iron and phosphorous. Small in size and in different colours. The skin is very fine and the lentils have an intense flavour. An ancient Tuscan tradition makes them an essential part of the New Year's Eve dinner, since they are supposed to bring money and luck for the coming year. Soak for approx. 6 hours.
