A grappa from the distillate of the fresh pomace of Chardonnay grapes.
Alcohol content: 45% Alc
Distillation process: the Chardonnay grape pomace is fermented separately in September and distilled when it is still soft and juicy.
In the distillation, an alcohol content of 70 to 75% is achieved. Before bottling, the grappa is diluted with distilled water.
