Obtained from Pinot bio-marc from the Franciacorta area. Transparent, clear and crystalline.
Aroma: subtle note of green vine shoots mixed with natural fruit and gold apple, a slight hint of hazlenut and cooked pear.
Taste: reproduces pure fruit taste, ripe apple and cooked pear in particular, very soft and positively sweet. In a second moment it leaves a pleasant sensation of warmth.
