Obtained from Chardonnay bio-marc from the Franciacorta area. Transparent, clear and crystalline.
Aroma: hint of hawthorn oil with the notes of sweet licorice, moss and fennel seeds.
Taste: good balance between mildness and intensity, alluring enough to leave a perfect palate enriched with fragrant sensations followed by the delicious flavour of liquorice and apple.
