Transparent, clear and crystalline.
Aroma: banana, hazelnut, sage with hints of elderberry and light tomato leaves. Some medlar notes and a stronger note of rosehip can be acknowledged.
Taste: tending to sweet and refined. It does not attack the mouth but conquers it thanks to its gentleness.
