Venus Black Rice with shrimps
Ingredients (serves 6): 500g Venus Black Rice, 400g shrimps, 8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons dry white wine, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1 clove of garlic, 1 chilli pepper.
Preparation: Put in the pan the olive oil, the garlic, the chilli and the shelled shrimps and cook for 5 minutes. Flavour with the wine. Put the rice in abundant, cold, salted water, bring it to the boil and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Drain the rice, put it in a serving dish, dress with the shrimps and sprinkle with parsley
