Chilli oil is the result of the winning combination of extra virgin olive oil of very high quality and of totally Sicilian origin and the spicy chili of the Capsicum variety. Chilli pepper flavored oil is the result of a totally automated process that is functional to the correct dosage of the pepper which, after being combined with the liquid essence, is combined with extra virgin olive oil already filtered in advance by special machinery. Chilli oil is a perfect element if married to vegetable soups, grilled vegetables, pasta, grilled meat or cacciatora and, for the most daring palates, also in combination with fish soups and to pizza.
