This quality swordfish is fished on the Sicilian coast of Vito Lo Capo with the rod. It arrives every Monday in our shop and we send it the same day, after we have vacuum packed it.
It should be consumed as soon as possible. However, best used within 7 days or freeze immediately upon receipt.
The product will be shipped vacuum-packed and with ice in special Styrofoam boxes.
