7 days to transform barley and wheat into malt, 7 hours to generate a crush, 7 days for tumultuous fermentation, 7 weeks for maturation at temperatures close to 0 degrees. When its time comes, it is packaged and subjected to refermentation: at controlled temperatures, it ferments again in the bottle or barrel, thus acquiring the brightness of carbonation.
Straw yellow color, with a fine and compact foam. The aromas perceived on the nose are fruity and characterized by spicy notes. In tasting it has good structure, is round and has a good persistence.
Pairings: With any meal, excellent with fried fish and white meat.
