We manufacture this product from the quince, which are sourced from local farms.

The cotognata is called in English quince cheese and is a dessert with a long tradition. Elder people probably know it from their childhood.

The cotognata tastes great for breakfast with yoghurt or buttered bread or as an accompaniment to cheese and sausage.

This year we have changed our packaging. Now there is the cotognata in a practical and elegant wooden box, which makes this product even more appealing.
