Amarone classico della Valpolicella Acinatico D.O.C.G.

The Amarone Acinatico is produced from the best selection of grapes from Bessole and Cavalo vineyards, after a withering process for 120 days and long, where it ageing in oak barriques. This wine has a great structure, complex, elegant and velvet like. The colour is deep garnet red with a bouquet which is warm, spicy and has the aroma of dried fruit.

Only hand selected grapes, harvested during last week of September; withering in lofts for 120 days.

Traditionally combined with grilled meat, roasts and mature cheeses. It's suggested also during a pleasant conversation.
Best if drinked in big glass, "ballon-italian-type", taking care to open at least 2 hours before drinking.

Color: Deep garnet red.

Nose: Airy, complex, with hints of vanilla which suggests dried fruits.

Taste: Lasting but soft, creamy, full of scent of dried fruits.
