M�rke: Villa Persani

"Molin" is a white wine from the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT produced by Villa Persani, a Trentino winery from Lavis. It is an organic and vegan wine with a very low sulphite content and obtained from a blend of Manzoni Bianco and Müller Thurgau grapes. It is straw yellow to the eye, with a nose of fresh fruit and citrus fruits in evidence, followed by notes of hydrocarbons. The sip is fresh and slender, characterized by intense acidity and good persistence on the palate.
