M�rke: Villa Minelli

ROSSO VILLA MINELLI
A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the municipalities of Ponzano Veneto and Villorba. Deep cyclamen red in colour. A distinctive nose of mature woodland berries (blueberry and mulberry) and dried dog rose. The palate reflects the nose, but mulberry comes to the fore along with mature tannins and a rich, fascinating vinosity. The grapes are selected on the vine and picked by hand before being fermented with a low sulphur dioxide content, punched down daily and left on the lees until springtime.
