After rigorous selection of the clusters, part of the Pinot Noir remains a few days in contact with its skins to take color; cuvéeing between the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, vinified in steel tanks, is done just before bottling.
After drawing in the spring, it spends a period of more than 24 months on the lees and following disgorgement at least 6 months before release.
