100% Moscato bianco di Canelli.

Vines are traditionally Guyot-trained in a crumbly, stone-free base of limestone. The maximum yield is 100 quintals of fruit per hectare (which equates to 75 Hl of wine per hectare).

Vineyard is located in a hilly area between the provinces of Asti, Alessandria and Cuneo on the right bank of the River Tanaro at an average altitude of 300 metres.

Alcoholic fermentation in pressurised tanks (the Charmat Method ).

Straw yellow, fine mousse, delicate and intense aromatic Moscato nose hinting at apricot, sage and honey with undertones of citrus fruit (lemon and orange); sweet, fresh-tasting palate with a wellbalanced, pleasing fruity finish.
