Vines trained by the traditional Guyot system with a density of 4.500 plants/Ha and a yield of 38 Hl/Ha wine.

Land in Alto Monferrato, at Alice Bel Colle, made up of sedimentary marl, at 350 metres above sea level.

Short controlled maceration (about 4 days).

Malolactic fermentation.

Ageing in steel for about 5 months.

Ruby with violet tints with a bouquet with notes of cherries and blackcurrants and hints of balsam and rose petals, attractively fresh and drinkable but, at the same time, with plenty of structure.
