Vines trained by the traditional Guyot system with a density of 4.500 plants/Ha and a yield of 56 Hl/Ha wine.
Land in Alto Monferrato, at Alice Bel Colle, made up of sedimentary marl, at 350 metres above sea level.
Medium-long controlled maceration (about 8 days).
Malolactic fermentation.
Ageing in new and once used French barriques for about 12 months.
Bright deep ruby, full bouquet with sweet spicy notes, intense and rich with floral and red fruit touches. Very well balanced, it is notable for its soft and attractive flavour.
