Tasting notes: Pink color with a slight coppery tinge, small pearls put together to form fine chains. The nose offers hints of small, slightly immature red and orange fruits (raspberry, blueberry, alchechengi, dogwood and black cherry) and old apples, accompanied by citrus notes of kumquat and balsamic notes of juniper and elderberry. On the palate it is dry and persistent, with an excellent structure supported by good minerality.

Pairings: Ideal with appetizers.
