CABERNET
Colli Euganei Cabernet D.O.C
This varietal, original from Bordeaux, is present
in Euganean Hills since 1870. Its long adaptation to
the particular weather and ground from the Hills
has granted it a unique capacity for expression. Still
wine with ruby red colour and purple tinges. In the
nose, it is prominent, wide, with intense red-fruit
fragrances, such as blackberries and currants, as
well as herbaceous nuances typical of the varietal,
accompanied by a delicate spicy nuance. It has
intense soft and slightly tannic taste, full-bodied and
aromatic. Its combination is perfect, served at 18° C,
with gentle poultry, grilled meats, roasted meats and
matured cheeses on average.
