Facing south east, in the small fraction of Casa Chizzola and in the area of Canneto Pavese

In this small but fortunate area, extremely vocated for Buttafuoco, our new modern vinification cellar is situated. It is here that with meticulous care the production of our Buttafuoco wine origins, a wine of great elegance and pureness, considered by some of the best experts, a wine of truly rare quality and greatness.

Croatina 45%, Barbera 45%, Uva rara 5%, Vespolina 5%

ALCOOL: 12,5 % vol.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:

VISUAL:
bright ruby red with purplish reflections.

OLFATTIVE:
intense, persistent, fruit jam reminiscences, with spicy hints.

TASTE:
of a good structure, well balanced and of a lasting persistence

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18° C.
