GRAPE AND VINEYARD
This label is the path the Falesco has undertaken towards
enhancement of an ancient native vine of Montefiascone area, the
Roscetto, grapes from small and compact cluster that contained in the production,
if well cultivated and vinified, thanks to the good sugar-acid ratio and
particular aromatic grain, is able to offer a wine of great body and
extract.
THE WINE
The selected grapes arriving in the cellar are undergoing treatment
cryomaceration, through which the characteristics are enhanced
varietal Roscetto. The first part of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in vats
of steel at a temperature of 13-15 ° C.
The second part of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in
barrels where the wine continues its evolution for 4 months.
THE WINE
The nose has a rich range of olfactory sensations ranging from
banana to 'pineapple, from vegetal sensations to those vanilla. The taste is
arrogant, rich, soft and full, with a good and long finish
taste and smell.
