Wine with a characteristic intense ruby red color; the nose reveals itself rich in ripe red fruit, cherry and blackberry, with spicy balsamic hints. The flavor is complex and intriguing, tannic, full, velvety, with a pleasantly bitter finish. The refinement takes place 9 months in barriques, 1 month in steel, 2 months in bottle. It goes well with cold cuts, light first courses, second courses of red meats and fresh cheeses.
