Each vine is harvested and vinified separately in 5 hl barrels. With native yeasts and manual punching. Later the wines are assembled for a final maturation period in oak barrels.

Intense ruby red color. On the nose, notes of berries and spices, with a touch of pepper at the end. The particular elegance and depth of this wine is given by the complex harmony of the nine grape varieties. intensity, balance and harmony make it immediately pleasant and long-lasting
